Ideas for and evaluation of Oulu10 services

Goal
This study looked into the opinions and impressions that residents had of the quality of the services provided by the Oulu10
public service point and recorded their wishes for improving the customer service of the City of Oulu.images[1]

Implementation
An interactive online discussion was organised for residents on the PATIO forum moderated by an Oulu10 specialist.

Results
The study yielded tangible improvement suggestions for Oulu10 services from residents, some of which have already been implemented.
